The Florida Retail Summit is about NETWORKING plain and simple.
Established in 2021, our goal is to provide a professional environment conducive for developing and discussing new real estate opportunities, advancing existing deals, as well as providing learning opportunities and connections for students.
The Inaugural Florida Retail Summit was held March 2, 2022 in Broward County, benefitting Florida Retail Scholarships, Inc. (a Florida Not For Profit Corporation). Florida Retail Scholarships, Inc. awards minimum scholarships of at least $1,000.00 per qualifying students who are picked by our committee members. Qualifying Students must register in order to be considered for any Scholarship Award.
Florida Retail Scholarships will disperse individual scholarships from direct donations received, as well as distributions from partnering companies.
Tenants
In order to qualify for this admission ticket, you must be the actual owner, or employee of a retail store or restaurant looking to expand in Florida. The first Tenant Admission ticket to our Summit is FREE, and additional employees can register at a 50% reduced rate. In return for your participation, at our Summit, you will be invited to our “Tenant Only” lunch and be given a 6’ table top to display your marketing materials and meet with Brokers, Landlords and Developers looking for new tenants
